Our weekly session every Saturday morning will advance the progress of girls who may have trained previously. This session is available to girls in school years 1,2 & 3 only. (We have an earlier class available to girls in Reception year or below.) Sessions take place on an artificial surface - trainers only please, no studded boots of any kind are permitted by the venue. This is available to girls from ages 5-8 (school years 1-3), with weekly sessions which will introduce the game to girls who are already learning how to play football, have begun playing matches and want to develop their game understanding and improve their technical ability. Sessions are fun, active and based on improving individual ball skills within small sided games and 1v1 situations. In all sessions the players will work constantly with a ball to develop their footwork, technique and skill. The sessions are led by FA / UEFA qualified coaches - we are full time coaches who deliver quality sessions built on a background of playing and coaching experience. The foundation football program is created by AMA Soccer, a company owned and led by a former Category 1 professional academy coach specifically to the foundation age. The program is delivered in partnership with Gerrards Cross & Fulmer FC. We focus on developing players so that they are ready to represent a local grassroots club once they turn 6 years of age.
Camp notes
Available to girls from ages 4-12yrs old in school years Reception to Year 7; weekly sessions which introduce the game to girls who are keen to learn how to play football.
This is delivered in partnership with Gerrards Cross & Fulmer FC as part of a long term initiative for players to represent the club in a team.
Sessions are fun and will be based around games and building player confidence with the ball.
Female coaches and assistant coaches regularly deliver these sessions to help support the players and begin their soccer journey with us.
